We may update this Returns & Refunds policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, legal obligations, or operational requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.

Clothing Returns

Each garment is printed on demand, meaning we do not hold stock of any specific design. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you check the size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@classicjetskis.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Jetski Parts & Accessories Returns

We offer both new and used Classic Jetski parts, each with specific conditions:

  • New Parts: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please review product photos and details carefully before purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@classicjetskis.com for assistance.
  • Used Parts: All used parts are sold as-is, with no returns or refunds unless the item is significantly different from the description provided. Please review product photos and details carefully before purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@classicjetskis.com for assistance.

Return Process

If your return meets the above criteria, please email us at hello@classicjetskis.com with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us, may not be refunded. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refund requests may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping times vary, and delays can sometimes occur due to postal services and customs processing (for international orders). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@classicjetskis.com, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
